This interactive, open (to everyone, member and nonmembers) session is a monthly chance for stroke survivors and supporters to come together, set goals, meet & Make friends, and find encouragement in a welcoming environment. Whether you’re a longtime member or new to The Center, this meetup is a place to share insights, ask questions, and celebrate each other’s journeys.
Expect casual conversations, shared experiences, and new resources to support you along the way. Bring your goals, any questions, and join us as we strengthen our supportive community together.
